Lone Pine Building at Level 3
We hope everyone is doing ok and staying strong.
It’s definitely been an interesting time finding peace with where we are all at. The Lone Pine Building team has coped well and it has been good to get life back to basics and keep things simple!
We have enjoyed some family walks and baking. Life is a little different now and our new normal will be a lot different to what we knew and this is constantly shifting. We have to maintain patience, move forward and adapt as we can.

What does Level 3 mean?
We will be open for business from Tuesday the 28th of April and our men will return to current work sites.
As we shift into Level 3 we thought it was a timely time to reach out and let you know what this will look like for Lone Pine Building.
As part of the shift to our new normal we are committed to working alongside the Government to prevent the spread of COVID-19. As an industry, we are united against COVID-19 and will do our utmost to protect our workers, sub contractors, visitors and the community.

We know we are in this together – this means trusting those we work with will keep us safe and that we’ll do the same for them. Lone Pine Building recognise that we must work together to ensure the health, safety and well being of everyone in the on our sites.
We have put some new systems in place to contact trace and limit the exposure if it was to arise within our Lone Pine Building community, we have also implemented some appropriate hygiene measures on all sites as we move forward into our new normal.
The new procedure guidelines cover the 5 steps for operating a site including:
- Before arriving to site
- Site entry
- Site operations
- Leaving site
- Management protocols
All these protocols are in additional to the normal health & safety obligations we already have in place.
We are committed to working alongside the Government to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Together we can overcome this & we are excited to get back into your homes to start building again.
